Product Uses: The light duty 1/4" L bracket is designed to be used for attaching granite countertops to walls or kitchen islands. The bracket has mounting holes for easy assembly using screws or bolts. This steel angle bracket can also be used for standard shelves mounted to walls or for standard countertop mounting.
These standard L countertop brackets should be used in applications where the countertop is an overhang or has additional support. In applications where the countertop brackets will be supporting the entire load then gusset type brackets are recommended except in very light loading situations
